Today’s progress, bathroom in Tingley near Leeds

It’s early days on this bathroom, we’ve removed a couple of walls, one so we can extend the bathroom into the spare bedroom, and an old airing cupboard on the landing will become a walk in shower, once the boiler gets moved into the loft.

Notton house bathroom update from April.

Here are the completion photos of the house bathroom, that we fitted back in April, please accept my apologies for the delay, I’m only just getting used to this blog after almost a year.
The bath is an Imperial, Dakota, weighing in at around 200Kg combined with the possibility of 150 litres of water, and then someone sat in it, we weren’t that much short of half a ton, so some serious floor strengthening had to be done, not to mention 5 men to lift it into place !!
The customer must be happy with the work, as we’ve been asked to go back next year and fit a new kitchen

House bathroom in Outwood, Wakefield

Here’s one from October, that I never got around to posting, we removed the window from this bathroom, and bricked 50% of it up, then fitted a new window, before the new bathroom went in, this gave the customer more privacy in the shower, sadly I was that involved with the job I forgot to take before photos, the bathroom suite is from Victorian bathrooms of Ossett.

Floor repair & new radiators.

Just fitting new radiators in a house extension, the builder only matched 18mm boards up to existing 22mm floor boards, leaving a 4mm difference, probably just to save a couple of £ !!!!! So whilst we are here, jack has mixed a bit of flexible adhesive to feather it in, as the carpet is going down tomorrow.
